A Taste of Passion and Tradition: Uncle Eddie's Ristorante, Where Authentic Italian Cuisine Shines

Meet Eddie Lubic, a proud and charismatic native New Yorker who has dedicated his life to his passion for cooking delicious, authentic Italian cuisine in comfortable and attractive atmospheres. With over 36 years of experience, Eddie is the esteemed owner and operator of Uncle Eddie's Ristorante, where he adds a contemporary twist to the traditional recipes passed down through generations of his family in the old country.

Originally hailing from Westchester County, New York, Eddie's journey in the restaurant industry began when he took over his father's business, Pizza Village, in 1979. With a vision to celebrate traditional Italian cuisine, he transformed and modernized the establishment, rebranding it as Eduardo's. From its inception until its sale in the fall of 2014, Eduardo's thrived under Eddie's leadership.

Throughout his career, Eddie also owned and operated three other successful restaurants in Westchester: Eduardo's II, Steakout Eddie's, and the Muscoot Tavern. However, driven by his New Yorker spirit, Eddie made the decision to sell his remaining restaurants in the spring of 2013.

Ever the opportunist, Eddie seized a fantastic chance to open a new restaurant in Southern Florida, continuing his legacy of success. If you haven't had the pleasure of dining at Uncle Eddie's, we invite you to give us a shot. And if you're lucky, you might even strike up a conversation with Eddie himself—although he might beat you to it with his infectious enthusiasm and warmth.

Experience the culinary delights and welcoming ambiance of Uncle Eddie's Ristorante, where Eddie's passion for Italian cuisine shines through in every dish.
